Hurricane Melissa Relief Monetary Donation Christmas & New Year Donations Stream 1
Your generous support of a minimum donation of $2000 CAD provides critical, immediate relief to local residents affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. Covers the purchase of essential items with a priority of purchasing made in Canada to support local business, cost and/or rentals associated with the arrangements of the shipping containers from Canada sent by sea or air in ensuring that families have access to temporary shelter items, food, medical care and other vital services in the aftermath of destruction and restoring livelihood during the holiday season. Stream 1 also affirms the Affordable Housing Conference (AHC) commitment to community & housing providing a temporary & mobile stations in the forms of kitchen, resource center and shared information Centre on the ground to ensure that locals have access to information resources in order to get the necessary paper works completed. Our partnership with Caribbean Career Fairs, Volunteers, Local Government and to work alongside other non-profits, philanthropist and first responders with a goal to have items sent out and dispersed quickly to those in need. This urgent phase was only the beginning and adds not only relief but a sense of peace during one of the most cherish times of the year for many Caribbean Faith Believing Families who celebrate Christmas and/or New Years.
Each Donation will receive and be acknowledge through:

· Business Advertising and Recognition on the ground at our distribution & collection site in Jamaica
